一般來(lái)說(shuō)，授權(quán)書里必須包括公司的法人代表授權(quán)一個(gè)人做一件特定的事情，如果是一般產(chǎn)品的代理或者銷售，還應(yīng)該有授權(quán)書的時(shí)效，如果涉及貨幣金額，一般要求大小寫都有。
